- Premium features including gender-specific matching
- Interactive commands and safety reporting system
3. Eligibility
To use BlindMeet, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Have a valid WhatsApp account
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
Age Restriction: BlindMeet is strictly prohibited for users under 18 years of age. Violators will be permanently banned.
4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must NOT:

5. Privacy and Anonymity

- Messages are forwarded without revealing sender identity
- Chat messages are deleted immediately after delivery

However, you are responsible for maintaining your own anonymity by not sharing personal information during conversations.
6. Premium Subscriptions
6.1 Premium Features
Premium subscriptions provide access to gender-specific matching and other exclusive features. Premium plans include:
- Weekly Plan: 7 days of premium access
- Monthly Plan: 30 days of premium access
- Yearly Plan: 365 days of premium access
6.2 Payment Terms
- All payments are processed through secure UPI gateway
- Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Payment is required before premium features are activated
- Subscriptions are non-transferable
6.3 Refund Policy
- Premium subscriptions are generally non-refundable
- Refunds may be considered in case of technical issues preventing service access
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase

7. Reporting and Safety
BlindMeet provides a comprehensive reporting system to maintain a safe community:

- Illegal Activity: Report suspected criminal behavior
- Underage User: Report suspected minors using the service
- Other: Report any other violations of these terms
Reports are reviewed promptly, and appropriate action is taken including warnings, temporary bans, or permanent account termination.
8. Account Termination
8.1 Termination by User
You may stop using the Service at any time by blocking the bot on WhatsApp. Active premium subscriptions will not be refunded upon voluntary termination.
8.2 Termination by BlindMeet
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Fraudulent or illegal activities
- Abuse of the reporting system
- Attempts to compromise service security
- Any behavior that threatens user safety or service integrity
9. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of BlindMeet, including but not limited to software, text, designs, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by BlindMeet or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute Service content without permission
- Reverse engineer or decompile the Service
- Use BlindMeet branding for commercial purposes
- Create derivative works based on the Service
10. Disclaimers and Limitations
10.1 Service Availability
BlindMeet is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service operation
- Specific response times or matching speeds
- Availability of chat partners at all times
- Compatibility with all devices or WhatsApp versions
10.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlindMeet shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- User behavior or content shared through the Service
- Unauthorized access to user accounts or data
- Third-party actions or content
10.3 User Interactions
BlindMeet is not responsible for the conduct of users or the content of their messages. Users interact at their own risk. We encourage reporting inappropriate behavior through our safety system.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlindMeet, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
